When to use Endecom Remote SupportEndecom Remote Support enables us to help troubleshoot your problems by controlling your computer. You should use Endecom Remote Support when instructed by an Endecom service technician.
When you run the Remote Support tool, your computer will send a request to an Endecom Remote Support PC. This request is directed specifically to an Endecom IP address, it cannot be intercepted or redirected. When a request is received, one of our technicians will accept the request and a Remote Support session begins.
